TERMS AND CONDITIONS and CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

By signing below, we agree to the following:

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: We agree not to disclose any part of or the entire donor or surrogate profile or pictures released to us, to any third party, persons, agency, or entity. We also agree not to publish or replicate any part of or the entire profile(s) in any way through copying, electronic, or any other means. We agree not to engage in any conduct that may breach the confidentiality of the donor or surrogate candidates.
  2. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT: We also agree not to disclose, release, or publicize any fee structure, fees, services, documents, paperwork of Alpha Fidelis to any other organization, professional, individual, media, public, or entity through verbal, visual, electronic, facsimile, or any other form of communication.
  3. We agree not to disclose or release any information regarding a potential or matched: (1) intended parent(s), (2) surrogate(s) or (3) egg donor(s) of Alpha Fidelis to any other organization, professional, individual, media, public, or entity through verbal, visual, electronic, facsimile, or any other form of communication.
  4. We agree NOT to disclose or release any fee structure, fees, services, documents, paperwork of Alpha Fidelis to any other organization, professional, individual, or entity through verbal, visual, electronic, facsimile, or any other form of communication.
  5. We agree NOT to disclose or release any information regarding a potential or matched surrogate, egg donor, or sperm donor of Alpha Fidelis to any other organization, professional, individual, or entity through verbal, visual, electronic, facsimile, or any other form of communication.
  6. Any disclosure or release of any above information has to be done with written permission from authorized personnel from Alpha Fidelis.

We declare that all the information provided is true. By signing below, we acknowledge that we fully understand the above Agreement, and we agree to the terms above voluntarily and without undue influence or duress.

Sarah Ying Asano

Program Director

Ying is the program director at Alpha Fidelis Surrogacy & Egg donation agency, a leader in third-party assisted reproduction, bringing over a decade of experience in surrogacy and egg donation since 2013. She is known for her thoughtful, end-to-end approach to program management, with expertise spanning marketing and outreach, client intake, case management, and long-term relationship development. Ying combines operational excellence with genuine compassion, ensuring that every journey is guided with integrity, clarity, and personalized care.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development with a concentration in Health Services, along with a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of California, San Diego (Rady’s school of management). This strong academic foundation, paired with her extensive industry experience, enables her to navigate the clinical, emotional, and logistical complexities of assisted reproduction with confidence and sensitivity.

She is a proud mother two beautiful children, located in San Diego California.  This motherhood role has deeply shaped her resilience, adaptability, and understanding of the many forms family can take. Outside of her work, she finds joy in gardening, racquet sports, outdoor exploration, and fishing, embracing opportunities to stay active and connected to nature.

At the heart of her work is a profound passion for bringing people together to create families. She is driven by the belief that every family’s story is unique and meaningful, and she is honored to play a role in helping others experience the extraordinary joy of parenthood.
